Staying at the hotel was like a mix of highs and lows. The location was vibrant with lots of shops and eateries, but the lack of sufficient loungers was a downside. The service was exceptional, especially with Mario going above and beyond. The dining experience with Sofia was a treat, yet breakfast after a week felt repetitive.
